Lil Wayne's Plane Makes Emergency Landing after Medical Scare
Rapper Lil Wayne is “doing better” after suffering seizure-like symptoms while traveling via private jet on Thursday afternoon. TMZ reports the plane made an emergency landing in Texas, and Weezy was rushed to a local hospital.
Sources told TMZ that the singer, real name Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr., stayed at the hospital until about 6 PM, but it is unclear if doctors made a diagnosis.
Wayne is set to release his 10th solo album, “I Am Not a Human Being II,” in December. He told MTV News that he collaborated with Kanye West on at least part of the album, but didn't want to say too much. "Yeah he got some music on there. It's crazy, actually I don't want to give too much up but he's got a big hand in the album, you'll see."
