The 5th Annual Essence Black Women in Hollywood Luncheon celebrated African-American trailblazers of the big and small screen. This year's honorees included Pam Grier, Paula Patton, Shonda Rhimes, Kerry Washington and Oscar nominee Octavia Spencer.
