Brad Pitt was named William Bradley Pitt on December 18, 1963 in Oklahoma and raised in Missouri.Their family was Baptist, and his father, a trucking company manager, raised Brad and his younger brother Doug, and sister, Julie, to be respectable, churchgoing folk.
Brad auditioned for the role of J.D. in the cult classic 1988 film, "Heathers."Although he showed promise, casting directors thought he was "too sweet" for the role, and gave the role to Christian Slater instead.
