Kim Kardashian Knows How to Work a Burqa
Enjoying her time in Dubai with mom Kris Jenner, reality queen Kim Kardashian ditched her form-fitting duds for an all-black traditional burqa -- worn by many Muslim women in the Arab emirate.
Kim and Kris headed to a local dress shop and tried on different styles... looking very covered up. Kim's entire face was hidden in the niqab, which is a pillar box covering that leaves only the eyes visible.
The mother-daughter duo left the shop wearing their new burqas and a head covering. Outside, a large crowd had gathered, eager to get a glimpse of the famous brunette, but Kim was well-protected with plenty of security surrounding her.
Kim is in Dubai this week launching a new perfume at the local Sephora. And she attended the first international opening of Millions of Milkshakes. The business-minded star hinted about the possibility of opening up a Kardashian hotel, telling reporters, "I was telling my sisters, we've got to start up a hotel in Dubai and design all the different rooms and floors. I like to pay attention to what my fan base is really asking for, whether it's hair and makeup, clothing brands... everything I think will be successful here, and I look forward to getting to know the people."
Kim appears to be having a good time... she recently tweeted, "I feel the love here so deep... good night Dubai. Thanks for an amazing day!"
