Jen Aniston and Justin Theroux's Budget Love Nest
Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux recently purchased a cozy home in the Hollywood Hills for $3 million -- far less the $38-million estate she sold in July.
The couple had been house hunting for months before settling on the two-bedroom home with a modest backyard and pool. It also has hardwood floors throughout, vaulted ceilings, a converted garage made into a family room and a garden.
Jen also purchased the 17th and 18th floor of a Manhattan West Village apartment building for more than $7 million in April.
