Video! Nigel Lythgoe and Others Celebrate National Dance Day
Centered on National Dance Day, "Dance 4 Your Life!" is a new national health campaign recently announced by the Larry King Cardiac Foundation and Dizzy Feet Foundation.
The campaign encourages Americans to incorporate dance into their lives as a way to have fun, improve heart health and combat obesity.
Launched in 2010 by Nigel Lythgoe -- Co-President of Dizzy Feet Foundation and Executive Producer of FOX's "So You Think You Can Dance" -- "Dance 4 Your Life!" released three instructional dance videos this year, choreographed by Tabitha and Napoleon Dumo to Flo Rida's "Club Can't Handle Me."
