Sneak Peek! MTV's 'Britney Spears: I Am the Femme Fatale'
One week after her surprise first performance in at the Rain Nightclub inside the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, singer Britney Spears will debut her new MTV special, "Britney Spears: I Am the Femme Fatale."
It gives fans a behind-the-scenes look at what her life has been like the past few weeks as she prepares for the release of her seventh studio album, "Femme Fatale."
