Singer Kellie Pickler Gets Hitched
Country star Kellie Pickler also jumped on the nuptial bandwagon New Year's Day, marrying her sweetie, songwriter Kyle Jacobs.
The intimate ceremony took place on a private island in the Caribbean, a rep for the singer confirmed to UsMagazine.com.
"I'm just so excited that I get to spend the rest of my life with Kyle," Pickler, 24, gushed to Us in August about Jacobs, 37. "I'm so excited that when I'm home I get to wake up next to him because no one will love me the way that he does."
Pickler got her start as a contestant on "American Idol."
