Prince William and Kate Speak!
Prince William and his lovely bride-to-be, Kate Middleton, talk about their excitement over their engagement in a sit-down with Tom Bradby of ITV News in the U.K.
Although Prince William said he had been planning his proposal for a while, Kate had no clue it was going to happen. "I didn't really expect it all," Middleton said. "I thought that he had maybe sort of thought about it, but no, it was a total shock when it came -- and I'm very excited."
