Forbes announced its annual ranking of the World's Most Powerful Women - and it's no surprise that First Lady Michelle Obama tops the list, with talk show host Ellen DeGeneres among the top 10.
This year Forbes based their picks less on wealth and executive position, and more on creative influence and entrepreneurship.
