Lindsay Lohan Visits Homeless Shelter
Following her much-publicized and very brief stay at Lynwood Jail on Friday before being allowed to post $300,000 bail, Lindsay Lohan was spotted Sunday visiting a Los Angeles homeless shelter, Dream.
Arriving with her mother Dina, sister Ali, manager Lou Taylor and friend Eilat Anschel, Lindsay met with children and families, signed autographs and handed out purses to some of the teen girls, according to E!Online.
The "Mean Girls" star later tweeted, "What a great place The Dream Center is here in LA... had a nice time there today, it's so important to give back. I feel blessed."
"Extra" Lifechanger, Dr. Drew Pinsky said that, "the general rule is, the more intensive the treatment the longer it is sustained, the better the outcome... people need to give her time and leave her alone. This is not gonna be overnight. This is gonna take many months."
Lindsay is due back in court Oct. 22.
Update: Lindsay checked into an undisclosed Southern California rehab facility on Sept. 28.
