Domestic Abuse Evidence Mounts Against Mel Gibson

In the recorded excerpt on RadarOnline.com, Oksana is heard saying, "You hit me, and you hit her while she was in my hands! Mel, you're losing your mind. You need medication." To which the maniacal Mel bellows, "I want my child and no one will believe you." In another previously released recording, Gibson screamed that Oksana "f**king deserved it."

The Department of Children and Family Services is currently investigating the claim of domestic abuse, as is the L.A. County Sheriff's Department. They have also spoken with Oksana's 12-year-old son, who witnessed the Jan. 6 incident.

TV Judge Jeanine Pirro told "Extra" that if the latest details are true, Gibson indeed needs serious help. "If he did knock out her teeth while she's holding the baby, that's child endangerment. You've got felony assault. You've got criminal threats."
