Mel Gets Visitation with Baby
Actor Mel Gibson will be allowed to continue visitation with his daughter, TMZ reports.
The actor's ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, was trying to block the actor's parental rights, but the court ruled to keep intact a visitation agreement signed by both parties earlier this year. Gibson has daytime visits and one overnight a week with his infant daughter, Lucia.
Gibson's lawyers are said to be presenting evidence to the L.A. Sheriff's Department next week regarding the domestic violence investigation. The actor's soon-to-be ex-wife, Robyn, has written a sworn declaration, saying Mel has never physically abused her or any of their children in the 28 years they were married.
