"Extra's" Lifechanger Dr. Mehmet Oz gives us a tip on controlling that bloated feeling after you eat.
"Take the evening constitution that all of our ancestors took. Get up after a meal and walk around!" Dr. Oz suggests.
Dr. Oz also has tips for the ultimate "SPF" summer diet to get your body into beach shape. "S stands for seasonal, lots of seasonal vegetables and fruits out there, which is important. The P stands for price. The beauty of the summer is everything costs less, and the F is for fat burning. You need to have enough vitamin C in your body to mobilize the fat and burn it when you exercise."
You also don't have to say goodbye to those summer cocktails, says the doc. "Strawberry daquiri is a much better choice than pina coladas, which are often times about 700 calories. You can get a strawberry daquiri for half that much per drink."
