James entered Sierra Tucson in Arizona over the weekend, a facility specializing in sex addiction and alcohol abuse treatment, reports TMZ.
"Jesse checked himself into a treatment facility to deal with personal issues," his rep said in a statement. "He realized that this time was crucial to help himself, help his family and help save his marriage."
This is the same facility where Tiger Woods received treatment following the disclosure of his multiple affairs.
Law enforcement reportedly stopped the West Coast Choppers owner last Friday on the 10 Freeway for not having a front license plate -- James told the officer he was heading to Arizona to try and save his marriage.
A Fox411 source shared what James' daily schedule will consist of at the facility: "The first days are difficult. He will be going to many classes and sessions and he will be a part of groups, and Jesse will be expected to share what he is going through," said the insider. "It's a complete treatment program and his days will be focused on looking at and changing negative behavior. It is a difficult process and he will have to dissect his life and his choices and see how it affects him and his family."
As for Sandra Bullock visiting the facility anytime soon -- she's welcome to if she chooses. "Family is invited to join their loved one, especially when it is time for Jesse to apologize for hurting anyone in his life. It is all part of a scheduled process and often parents, spouses and even children attend on special days," says an insider. "If Sandra wanted to visit, she could. It is an emotional roller coaster and it is a shared experience with the other people in rehab with him. Strong bonds form among the patients."
The Sierra Tucson facility isn't a cheap stay. If James decides to stay for 30 days, he'll be dishing out $20,000.
