Charlie Sheen Returns to Court
Actor Charlie Sheen heads back to an Aspen courtroom Monday for his arraignment on domestic violence charges.
The case stems from a Christmas Day dispute in which Sheen allegedly put a knife to wife Brooke Mueller's throat. He faces charges of menacing, criminal mischief and assault, but has now pleaded not guilty of any wrongdoing.
"Charlie is looking forward for this opportunity to clear his name," his rep said in a statement.
The "Two and a Half Men" star entered rehab last month as a "preventative measure," according to his rep, putting his hit CBS show on hold. Mueller also entered rehab and continues to receive in-home treatment. He recently returned to filming.
Sheen and Mueller have reportedly reconciled. The restraining order barring them from contact was lifted by a judge last month.
