Jon Gosselin stepped out with a new lady friend on Saturday night! She's a reporter for Star magazine, Kate Major -- and they're just friends!
Hailey Glassman is clearly more than just a friend. Jon reportedly dropped $27,000 for a non-engagement ring. The father of eight was reportedly so broke, he couldn't pay the $4,000 incidentals from his St. Tropez hotel stay.
