Bob's absolute must-do exercise for men is pull-ups. Jillian says a must for women are pushups.

Harper also busts a diet myth -- working out on an empty stomach is no good! He says, "People like to work out on an empty stomach. It's like you need the fuel to really push you."

Michaels threw a curveball -- telling "Extra" that eating before bed is actually okay! Jillian reveals, "You can eat before bed, just avoid carbs."
