Clooney: Rande Gerber is Innocent
George Clooney has spoken out in support of his longtime pal Rande Gerber, husband of supermodel Cindy Crawford, who has been accused of sexual assault.
Gerber is a nightclub owner who has been accused of trying to kiss and fondle two former waitresses at his Moonstone Lounge in San Diego. Clooney contradicts the allegations, saying that he was with Gerber on the night of the alleged incident. "I was with Rande the entire night," Clooney reveals to Us Weekly. "This event never happened. Period."
Both the "Up in the Air" star and Gerber have offered to take lie detector tests to prove Gerber's innocence.
