Isobel Stevens (Katherine Heigl) has gone from a surgical resident to a wedding planner extraordinaire! Izzie is busy planning the biggest and McDreamiest wedding on primetime! Derek Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey) and Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) are scheduled to tie the knot on May 16.
