Latin crooner Ricky Martin's life just reached a whole new level of loca -- he is the proud papa of twin boys!
"Of course I want to create a family," the "She Bangs" singer told "Extra" last year. "It will be my priority next year."
His wish was fulfilled with the arrival of his two sons -- who were delivered via surrogate.
