Holy gazongas! Paris looked a little busty at the Apple Lounge's grand opening in West Hollywood, sparking rumors that Miss Hilton may have gone under the knife! Is it true or falsies?
The slender socialite wore a tight black dress -- but laughed off reports of surgical breast enhancement, saying she was just wearing one of her favorite push-up bras -- which gave everyone a lift!
