Jessica Simpson has kicked off her 28th birthday celebration week with an intimate dinner, and the guest list included NFL beau Tony Romo, expectant sister Ashlee and brother-in-law Pete Wentz, reports Us Weekly.
The "Come on Over" singer and her entourage hit the Sagebrush Cantina in Calabasas, where they enjoyed an evening of Mexican food and live music. The cover band playing that night, The Copycats, even sang a special rendition of "Happy Birthday" for the blonde bombshell singer.
Later, Jessica and her Cowboy went clubbing in West Hollywood, putting the kibosh on breakup rumors. Papa Joe Simpson recently dished to "Extra" about the lovebirds -- and nixed rumors that they're headed for a split. "That's going well -- she is as happy as I've seen her in years."
