Thomas Beatie and his wife Nancy are the proud parents of a healthy baby girl, reports ABC News.
The transgender man, 34, -- who was born a woman, became a man, but retained his organs in hopes of one day having a baby -- made headlines in April after being dubbed the "pregnant man."
The couple was thrilled to learn that they were expecting a bundle of joy, after Thomas was successfully impregnated through artificial insemination. They appeared on "Oprah" to a record viewing audience.
The former Tracy became Thomas after undergoing a double mastectomy and massive doses of male hormones. He eventually became a man (legally) and married his current wife, Nancy.
