Brit 'Not Yet Fit' for Court Battle

Britney Spears' lawyer told the court today that Spears is "not yet fit" to participate in her conservatorship case, adding that it could be "harmful" for her to be involved.
The recovering mom's court-appointed attorney, Samuel Ingham, along with attorneys for her father Jamie, spent 90 minutes with L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz today and said Brit's condition is "fluid" because her treatment is changing and her diagnosis isn't complete.
Brit, 26, is reportedly suffering from bipolar disorder and has been under Jamie's conservatorship since her hospitalization and mental evaluation in January.
The case is scheduled to go to trial July 31.
