Brit Gets a Visit With Kids

Recovering mother of two, Britney Spears, donned a purple silk dress, and appeared to be in good spirits, as she had her first visit with her sons since she was hauled away on a gurney on Jan. 3.

Brit saw the tots this weekend after K-Fed's lawyers kindly agreed to give Brit some visitation. The 26-year-old mom spent three hours with Sean and Jayden at her Studio City home – in the company of a therapist.

Later that night, where a somewhat jumpy Britney and her dad, Jamie Spears, celebrated the reunion with a dinner at Mastro's Steakhouse, reports People magazine. "Everyone seemed extremely protective of Britney," said one restaurant observer as the clan was ushered to a private room, adding, "Britney looked stunning and everyone turned around to get a glimpse of her."

She did, however, appear unnerved -- taking multiple cigarette and bathroom breaks during dinner. They left the restaurant at 9:30 p.m. and pushed through paparazzi with the aide of the Mastro's staff.
