Brit Spends Quiet Weekend with Dad
Britney Spears was seen visiting the Social Club on Saturday night with a new man on her arm – her father.
X17online.com caught Jamie Spears taking his troubled daughter to the Hollywood club for dinner. The two left around 10:30 p.m.
The quiet evening is a stark contrast to one year ago, when a disheveled Britney shaved her head in a Tarzana hair salon and later beat a car with an umbrella.
Meanwhile, a lawyer claiming to be representing Britney has filed a complaint in U.S. District Court, lashing out at Jamie's conservatorship over Britney and arguing that she is being “deprived of her Constitutional rights.”
Jon Eardley – who acknowledges he has never met Britney but insists she sought him out – has requested the case be moved from California to a federal court.
Britney, 26, has reportedly complained of being a “prisoner” in her Beverly Hills home because she allegedly can't drive her car, see her friends or talk on the phone.
