K-Fed's Attorney May Head to Court Today

Kevin Federline's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan will head to court this morning and ask to end Brit's temporary visitation rights with her kids, X-17 is reporting.
Federline has primary custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James. Britney has just two visits per week and one overnight visitation, all monitored.
Britney may have broken down last night because she couldn't stay with her boys overnight, according to one report. She locked Jayden James inside her house and refused to hand him back to Federline at 7 p.m. At 8 p.m., police were called, and nearly three hours later, the kids were handed back to K-Fed.
Britney was tied down to a gurney and taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
