'Bachelor' Winner Mary Delgado Booked on Battery Charge
Mary Delgado, who won Byron Velvick's heart on "The Bachelor" in 2004, was arrested Wednesday for allegedly punching a man she lives with in the mouth, police said. It's unclear if Velvick was the victim, but police said the two have lived together for the past three years.
"Extra" has video of Delgado being booked on a battery charge. She was also found to be under the influence of alcohol at the time of her arrest, according to a police affidavit. She was released Wednesday afternoon.
