Britney's Subpoena War Leads to Hit-and-Run
The chaos surrounding Britney Spears' custody battle has just turned physical.
Kevin Federline's Israeli-trained commando Aaron Cohen was attempting to serve a subpoena to someone in Britney's camp in Venice, Calif. when the target tried to escape.
Cohen's car was rammed by the man, identified only as “Sam,” as he tried to speed off and avoid being served!
He successfully avoided the subpoena, but now the case is under investigation.
