Lindsay Lohan hasn't been seen since her second DUI arrest nine days ago – not even by her own mother!
But now Dina Lohan has finally decided to come to Lindsay's rescue.
Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton says Dina caught a plane to be reunited with her daughter last night.
Hilton also claims that Lindsay is receiving help for her addiction.
