Lindsay's Parents Battle It Out in New York Courtroom
Lindsay Lohan's estranged parents faced off in a Long Island, N.Y. courtroom Friday morning in their ongoing custody battle.
Dina Lohan talked for the first time on camera about Lindsay's whereabouts, saying, “I can't comment. She's in a safe place, and she's doing well.”
Meanwhile, Lindsay's father made a startling courthouse revelation. “I tape my conversations with my children to protect myself and to protect them,” he said. “My children are told what to say on that phone when they talk to me."
As Lindsay's parents duke it out in divorce court, “Extra” is revealing the woman behind the frantic 911 call that was made just minutes before Lindsay was arrested.
Hollywood facialist Michelle Peck is the mother of Lindsay's former assistant. “Extra” has learned that when a panicked Peck called the police, she did not know at the time that Lindsay was in the SUV that was following her.
Now, the three guys who were in the car with Lindsay are revealing explosive new details about the car chase.
They say that after Lohan's assistant quit at a party in Malibu, Lindsay commandeered their car to chase down her assistant.
The three told TMZ.com that Lindsay was drinking and “was going like a 100 miles an hour.”
One of the guys even said, “She accelerated, and she ran over my foot, and she didn't stop.”
According to TMZ, one of the guys said, “She said, 'I can't get in trouble. I'm a celebrity.'”
