Britney Spears' puzzling behavior continues.
With cameras rolling and paparazzi covering the shore of Malibu beach, the pop star tore off her clothes – and jumped into the ocean.
When she emerged soaking wet, she was wearing just a hot pink bra and skimpy pink underwear!
Now “Extra's” Las Vegas sources are revealing that Britney will perform at the MTV Video Awards September 9 at the Palms Casino Resort.
