In papers filed May 22 in Los Angeles Superior Court, temporary custody of 5-year-old Homer will be shared between Anne Heche and estranged husband, Coleman Laffoon
Also laid out in the papers, Laffoon shall receive $19,000 in child and spousal support for the month of May.
