Donald Trump Sued for Age Discrimination
It looks as though Rosie O'Donnell isn't the only one with a bone to pick with Donald Trump.
According to People magazine, New Hampshire resident Joseph Hewett is so infuriated by The Donald, he's suing the mogul for age discrimination.
Hewett, a 49-year-old technology manager, alleges that he was cut from the 2005 season of “The Apprentice” because he was deemed too old.
The class-action lawsuit was filed in Massachusetts federal court, which leaves the court doors open should other rejected applicants chose to join the fight.
Trump's camp had no comment—yet.
