“Extra’s” Tanika Ray sat down with 13-year-old piano prodigy Lydian Nadhaswaram at Universal Studios Hollywood, where he opened up on his journey to “The World’s Best.”

Lydian pointed out that his dad’s decision to send in tapes of him playing piano captured a producer’s attention. When asked what his dreams were for the future, the young musician shared, “I want to go to the moon along with my piano and play Beethoven’s 'Moonlight Sonata.'”

“The World’s Best” airs Wednesday nights on CBS.
