Natalie Wood’s Sister Lana Reflects on Her Mysterious Death

Actress Natalie Wood died in 1981... and her drowning death continues to be a mystery.

Natalie’s sister Lana recently sat down with “Extra” to open up on her death, saying, “They said she was either unconscious or already died when she hit the water. She didn't have water in her lungs, a great number of bruises, and not consistent with any type of bumping.”

Lana is promoting the podcast “Fatal Voyage,” which examines new evidence in the case. She stressed, “I just want the truth.”

Natalie Wood, best known for her roles in "Rebel Without a Cause," "West Side Story," and "Splendor in the Grass," would have turned 80 this month.
