“Extra’s” Mario Lopez spoke with famed lawyer Robert Shapiro at Universal Studios Hollywood, where he spoke about O.J. Simpson’s recent prison release for armed robbery and kidnapping and all the drama surrounding Rob Kardashian and his ex, Blac Chyna.
Shapiro, who was part of Simpson’s defense team during his 1995 murder trial, said that he was not surprised by the outcome of the football player’s parole hearing. As for what advice he could give Simpson, Shapiro commented, “I haven’t spoken to him since the verdict. I don’t plan on speaking with him.”
Robert is now defending Rob in his legal battle against Chyna, but he is “absolutely” confident that things will work out peacefully between the two reality stars.
Bob was on hand to promote The Shapiro Foundation for Drug Prevention, which he founded after the death of his son Brent. He said about the organization helping people fight addiction, "We got 60 kids and their parents to agree to let us test you randomly. And if you get through this program successfully and graduate as a sober high school student, we're gonna give you a college scholarship.”
