‘Dr. Oz’ Exclusive: Bobby Brown Speaks Out on Nick Gordon’s Role in Bobbi Kristina's Death

Bobby Brown appeared on “The Dr. Oz Show” and spoke openly about the September civil court ruling that found his late daughter Bobbi Kristina’s boyfriend Nick Gordon responsible for her death.

Just three years after Bobbi’s mother Whitney Houston passed away, Brown lost his daughter in a similar way. In September “Extra” reported that Bobbi’s conservator filed a wrongful death suit against Gordon last year, alleging “assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and transferring money from Bobbi Kristina’s account into his own without permission.”

In January 2015 Bobbi was found unconscious in the bathtub and subsequently fell into a coma, which led to her death on July 26 of the same year. Earlier this year, “Extra” reported that according to The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s office, Bobbi “died of pneumonia and encephalopathy, meaning her lungs were filled with water, and brain damage caused by oxygen loss. The ‘underlying cause’ of Bobbi Kristina’s death was ‘immersion of face in water complicating mixed drug intoxication.’”

Bobby appears on “Dr. Oz” to talk about the way he has turned his struggles into life lessons, which is outlined in his new book, “Every Little Step.”
