“Dancing with the Stars” dancer Edyta Śliwińska recently shared secrets on how she got her sexy ballroom body back after giving birth to her son Michael two years ago. She revealed, “I think the biggest mistake that pregnant women make is when it comes to staying in shape, they don’t exercise when they are pregnant."
She added, “If I didn’t feel like exercising, I would go for a walk, but what I did religiously was planks."
After a few years away from “Dancing with the Stars,” Śliwińska returned for the 22nd season.
