“Extra’s” Tanika Ray spoke with Steve Harvey on the set of “Steve,” which is moving from Chicago to Los Angeles.

As for what to expect, Harvey teased, “Everything’s different. It’s a monologue every day. It’s a desk every day. It’s stars every day.”

Steve is killing it nowadays, but he went through his own struggles on his road to success. On Sunday’s episode of "Oprah’s Master Class," he opened up on his homeless days while pursuing his dreams of becoming a comedian. He said, “I couldn’t tell [my mom] I was homeless — that would have broke her heart.”

“Steve” airs weekdays from Los Angeles.
