Madonna has already clued-in her fans that her next studio album — coming this year — will be influenced by her time in Portugal, and will include the Portuguese Orquestra Batukadeiras. "A Feast awaits you!" she has promised on social media.
Now, the 60-year-old Queen of Pop is teasing a high-powered collaboration with Colombian reggaeton superstar Maluma, 25.
Posting two pics of herself in the studio with Maluma, Madonna wrote, "Cooking up some Fuego over here!" In one snap, Maluma is smiling broadly, his arm slung over Madonna's shoulder while she sings; in the other, he's giving the camera the finger while Madonna fusses with her long locks.
Maluma posted the same pic, captioning it, "MA DU MA," plus a cute pic that almost looks like he's recreating Madonna's famous vogueing pose from 1990. That one is captioned, "Ms. Crazy & Mr. Safe."
Who knows what the two have in store, but her album is expected this summer, with a long-awaited single in the spring.
Currently, Madonna is preparing for her highly anticipated annual post-Oscars bash, held at her manager Guy Oseary's home. The party is one of the season's hottest invites, and Radar Online reports that Madonna extended an invitation to none other than Lady Gaga, who is up for two Oscars tonight and is favored to take home at least one, for Best Original Song.
