Country superstar Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher’s bundle of joy has arrived!
On Tuesday, Underwood announced the news on Instagram, writing, “Jacob Bryan Fisher entered the world in the wee hours of the morning on Monday...”
Along with precious photos with her baby boy, Carrie added, “his mom, dad and big brother couldn’t be happier for God to trust them with taking care of this little miracle! Our hearts are full, our eyes are tired and our lives are forever changed. Life is good...”
Carrie and Mike are also parents to son Isaiah, who was seen holding his baby brother in one photo.
Earlier this month, Underwood embraced her last weeks of pregnancy, even baring her baby bump. She said, “Kicking off 2019 right...Me and my boys cuddled up watching a movie. Yes, I’m wearing Mike’s shirt. 😬 #LettingItAllHangOut.”
In November, Carrie revealed that she was pregnant with a baby boy while hosting the 2018 CMAs. After much pressure from co-host Brad Paisley, asking if she were carrying a, "Johnny or June? Keith or Nicole? Garth or Trisha? Waylon or Willie?" she responded, “Oh, my gosh — Willie! It's a Willie!"
At the same show, Maddie & Tae’s Taylor Dye accidentally slipped that Carrie’s due date is January, telling Us Weekly, “And we’ve already offered to babysit.”
Underwood is planning to spend some time with her little one before she hits the road for her Cry Pretty Tour 360 in May.
Late last year, Carrie opened up about how the pregnancy affected her performances. She told “Extra’s” Alecia Davis, “It's different. It's just your... you forget, your brain, 'cause I feel like it happened so fast — it really does — and your brain still thinks you have your old body, and then it's been invaded, taken over, and it's just different. It's different singing. It's different walking around.” Watch!
