Mom-to-be Meghan Markle opened up about her pregnancy while on a royal visit to Australia with Prince Harry.
A local named Charlotte Connell, who is also expecting, told Sky News she chatted with Meghan about pregnancy.
“Meghan told me that pregnancy was like having jet lag,” Connell, 35, said.
Markle went on to share how she was coping. Charlotte revealed, “She said she was up at 4:30 a.m. this morning doing yoga in her room as she couldn’t sleep.”
It's no surprise Meghan would turn to yoga to relax, as her mother, Doria Ragland, is a yoga instructor.
Kensington Palace announced the baby news on Monday, saying Meghan and Harry are expecting their first child in the spring.
