Over the weekend, “Teen Mom” star Jenelle Evans was taken to a hospital after an incident at her home.
According to the chief of 911 operations for Columbus County, North Carolina, a female placed a call in the evening of October 13. While it was “called in as an assault,” an ambulance request was canceled. The chief told People magazine, “The female was transported to the hospital via private vehicle instead.”
No incident report was taken.
Her rep clarified what happened, telling the publication that she “had friends over Saturday night and they had a bonfire on her property,” adding, “Jenelle ended up tripping and falling by the fire.”
