People magazine reports that Oscar winner Gwyneth Paltrow said "I do" to filmmaker Brad Falchuk in a private wedding ceremony held in the Hamptons on Saturday.
The magazine noted that Falchuk, best known as the producer of such hits as "Glee" and "Scream Queens," drove himself to the ceremony hours earlier.
Guests known to have attended include Jerry & Jessica Seinfeld, Cameron Diaz & Benji Madden, Steven Spielberg, and Robert Downey Jr.
E! reports the couple said “I do” around 5 p.m. inside a tent on the Hamptons property. Paltrow and Falchuk made it official in front of an archway of greenery and lanterns.
Afterward, guests moved on to a lavish dinner party with live music, where Spielberg reportedly played unofficial videographer.
Friends and family toasted the pair with Ruinart Blanc de Blancs & Rosé Champagne.
The next day, Gwyneth confirmed the marriage news with an Instagram photo featuring their wedding bands.
It's been an eventful week for Paltrow, who celebrated her 46th birthday Thursday, and whose wedding this evening is actually her first — the first time she married was an elopement.
The couple announced they were engaged in January on the cover of her Goop magazine's Sex & Love issue. They had dated for over three years.
In Goop, Paltrow said of Falchuk, "Personally, at midlife, I have tried to accept how complex romantic love can be. I have decided to give it a go again, not only because I believe I have found the man I was meant to be with, but because I have accepted the soul-stretching, pattern-breaking opportunities that (terrifyingly) are made possible by intimacy."
Paltrow was married to Coldplay's Chris Martin, with whom she has two kids — Apple, 13, and Moses, 11. They divorced in 2014. Falchuk's marriage to Suzanne Bukinik ended in 2013. They had two children, Brody and Isabella.
