James “L.B.” Bonner, who appeared on “My 600-lb Life,” called 911 before he died.

TMZ reports Bonner’s death was ruled a suicide after he was found dead earlier this month at a Lexington, South Carolina park with a gunshot wound to the head.

In audio obtained by the site, the 30-year-old reality star attempts to tell a 911 operator his location, but she can’t hear him. Before she can get the address, he hangs up. The operator attempted to call him back, but it went to voicemail.

His mother also called 911 with concerns Bonner was suicidal after he sent loved ones messages saying “he loves us, but he’s sorry.”

She told a 911 operator she didn’t think he had a weapon, but that it “sounds like” a suicide attempt, and that nobody could reach him.
