Kylie Jenner has dropped out of a major lawsuit she and brother Rob Kardashian had initially filed together against his ex, Blac Chyna, last year.
Us Weekly reports that that while Jenner has removed herself from the proceedings, Chyna is still suing members of the Kardashian clan for allegedly interfering with the production of her show "Rob & Chyna." Chyna had previously sued Rob, Kylie, Kendall Jenner, Khloé Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner, but later dropped all but Kim and Kris from the suit.
The suit against Chyna, filed in September 2017, alleges that Chyna attacked her ex with an iPhone cord during a December 2016 altercation. Jenner was a party to the suit because the fight occurred in a home she owned, and allegedly led to over $100,000 in damages.
As the legal maneuvering continues, Rob and Chyna have been relatively peaceful lately — she even wished him a happy birthday on social media when he turned 31 on March 17.
