According to an arrest report obtained by "Extra," Nick Gordon, who has been scrutinized for years in the tragic death of Bobbi Kristina Brown, was arrested and charged with battery - touch or strike.
Gordon was arrested in Seminole, Florida, on Saturday following a dispute with his girlfriend, Laura Leal. In the report, the officer quotes Gordon as stating he "just wanted Leal to leave his residence due to her ripping his shirt and throwing a bottle at him."
Leal, who the responding officer noted had a visible injury in the form of a swollen bottom lip with dried blood on it, said Gordon had struck her "several times" on her cheek while she was driving him home from a bar. She went on to say Gordon had pulled her hair and "stated to her that he should make her wreck the vehicle."
Though Leal refused to press charges, the officer placed Gordon under arrest.
Gordon was the subject of a wrongful death lawsuit in the death of Bobbi Kristina, a suit he lost. The judgment in that case, on behalf of Bobbi Kristina's estate, was $36 million.
Gordon was arrested in June 2017 for domestic violence. Those charges were dropped when the woman refused to cooperate with police.
