Reality Star Courtney Stodden is officially over her marriage with husband Doug Hutchison!

On Tuesday, Stodden filed for divorce after nearly seven years of marriage, according to TMZ. The filing comes a year after they announced their split.

It is unknown if either Stodden, 23, or Hutchison, 57, will ask for spousal support.

On the same day, Courtney posted an Instagram video of herself handling the stresses of divorce, writing, "Breathing through this divorce like... #breathe #stress."

A few days before she filed, Courtney tweeted, “Moving out of that #Beverlyhills house already. 👀#drama.”

She is also singing through the pain. Courtey teased some new music writing, "Music has been there for me as an avenue to express how much I feel during the most difficult times in my life. #6teen will be available on iTunes this Friday 3/9."

Just two months ago, Courtney was pleading for a reconciliation, writing on Instagram, “I need this man back in my life. I need him to come help me. I need him to want our marriage to work. He’s been my only solid rock. Doug, if you read this — this is a public cry for your undying love.”

In another post, Courtney broke down in tears, saying, “I just want to be honest with you guys about some things. Me and my husband have been going through a really rough time — separation, and ultimately divorce, coming up in a week. I’ve, at the last minute, realized that I don’t want it and I want to try to make things work. Ever since we’ve been separated and he’s moved away, I’ve been really depressed and I’ve realized that I don’t deserve him,” she continued, crying. “I love him so much and I need him back in my life. I just need him to come help me and be with me, and I love him.”

The two split in 2013, but later reconciled.

Courtney and Doug tied the knot in 2011 when she was just 16.
